1. RETAIL PROFIT
Every time you buy a product of Aim Global, you would get discount. That means you get the advantage of getting all the products in lower price. By this, you can sell Aim Global products.
If you are not into selling but is just a user of the products, then you get the benefit of paying less as a member.
2. DIRECT SPONSORING
When you are able to refer other people to avail a membership package, either in Tanzania or in other country, you would get a direct referral bonus. In other words, when you share, you would get your bonus for referring new people who would distribute, sell and share the products and business to others.
3. MATCH SALES BONUS
This is the bonus that is known for the "left and right matching bonus". How do this work?
Every time you or one of the people under your network purchase a product or invite other people to join and be part of Aim Global, all those has point equivalent. When the points matches, you earn a bonus. Here's how to earn the points.
- Every a new distributor under your network, either you are the one who invited them or other people under your network did, you would get a 1,200 points.
- Every time someone buy products, that is equivalent to some points. This is called as group sales or re-orders.
When there is an earned points of 1,200 on the left and another earned points of 1,200 points your right, that is considered a match!
The Match Sales Bonus can be person-person, person-product, product-person, product-product.
Here's a very good example. You got two friends. You invited them and they become part of Aim Global. That is person-person match! One on your left and one on your right. You got a Match Sales Bonus!
Then your friends have invited their friends or other people to check on the Aim Global products and those people decided to join because they would like to avail the discount. You didn't invited those people. Your friends did. You also got a bonus.
Your sponsors (all those above you), have invited new people who need the products, or would like to do the business and sell products and packages. And then those new Aim Global members where placed under you. That is called as Spill Over. If there is a left and right, even if it is a spill over, you also get a bonus.
This compensation plan is based on product reorders from your first level up to your tenth level. You can earn a monthly income of 5%-10% rebates on sales volume (SV) based on product Commissional Points. Earn 5% from your Indirect Referrals and 10% from your Direct Referrals. (MONTHLY INCOME)
A special feature called Dynamic Compression is applied wherein only the qualified and active distributors within the earning levels (10 levels) are compressed and be computed to the bonus you are entitled.
5. STAIR-STEP COMMISSION
In this plan you will get another commission in your down line reorder which varies on your
position:
- Distributor – Once you join in AIM Global, you are automatically become its distributor. In this position you have 0% commission from your first level to infinity level.
- Silver Executive – You need to accumulate 10 Positional points. This is not individual points, it is a group points. If you get promoted as SE, you will have additional 10% commission on group product sales from first level to infinity level.
- Gold Executive – You need to accumulate 100 Positional points. It is also a group points. If you get promoted as GE, you will have additional 20% commission on group product sales from first level to infinity level.
- Global Ambassador – You need to accumulate 1000 Positional points. It is also a group points. If you get promoted as GA, you will have additional 30% commission on group product sales from first level to infinity.
- Ruby Global Ambassador – If you get promoted as Ruby GA, you will have additional 35% commission on group product sales from first level to infinity.
When you become a Global Ambassador, you will earn 2% of Group Reorder Points from your downlines who are also Global Ambassadors up to the 10th level Global Ambassador.
7. TRAVEL INCENTIVES
